Davide Rossi deals mainly with Administrative Law and Real Estate.
During his professional career, Davide has gained extensive experience in the field of assistance and advice, both extrajudicial and judicial, for companies (of national and international relevance) as well as public and private entities, with particular reference to the subjects of town planning, construction, expropriations for public utility, public concessions, public contracts for works, services and supplies and environmental law.
In particular, Davide has provided assistance to leading Real Estate operators, both Italian and foreign, as well as public administrations, in relation to complex projects for the development of areas (both greenfield and brownfield) and the conversion of existing complexes, both private-owned assets (also in the context of public assets divestment processes) and public-owned assets, in Milan, Rome and, in general, on the national territory, for inter alia residential, office, commercial, logistic, and hospitality functions as well as student residences, RSAs and services of public and/or general interest.
Davide is constantly involved – and has taken part as a consultant in some of the most iconic – Real Estate transactions inter alia for the acquisition, transfer and/or disposal of Real Estate complexes and portfolios, following all the related phases (e.g., acquisition/vendor due diligence, feasibility studies, participation in any competitive procedures, drafting and/or negotiation of offers, purchase and sale preliminaries and Real Estate transfer deeds, financing contracts, W&I and Title policies, submission and/or issuance of building permits, together with the prerequisite consent documents, management of the proceedings and relations with the administrations involved, including through participation in service conferences, preparation and negotiation of contracts and documentation for the execution of the budgeted interventions, including in the context of selective procedures (e.g., calls for tenders, letters of invitation, tender contracts) presentation and/or acquisition of reports and/or authorizations for the Start-up and operation of productive and/or commercial activities, including through service conferences).
Davide has also gained significant experience in environmental procedures (e.g., clean-up and/or safety procedures as well as implementation of precautionary measures).
Davide Rossi assists private operators in the context of jurisdictional proceedings, before the Regional Administrative Courts and Ordinary Jurisdictional Authorities.
Davide is entitled to stand before Administrative and Civil Supreme Courts.
