Annapaola Prezioso focuses on administrative and public law, with particular reference to the environmental sector, energy law, public procurement, infrastructure and Public Private Partnership operations.

She has experience in environmental law having assisted several companies in the context of both the development and management of plants producing energy from renewable and infrastructures and in the framework of M&A transactions.

With regard to the area of public contracts, her experience includes assisting private operators and public administrations in the implementation of public tender procedures, with a specific focus on Public-Private Partnership operations. She has also advised major private operators in project finance transactions initiated by private entities.

She was a lecturer in the course entitled “The PPP for the implementation of CERs” as part of the Summer School Edition 2023 at the University of Genoa.
