Lorenzo Tringali focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with regard to renewables (solar and wind), gas and natural sources sector and assists national and international companies in relation to project development and acquisitions, due diligence activities and dealing with regulatory and authorisation aspects connected with the transactions followed. He advises leading national and international companies, public and private institutions and credit institutions, in relation to public-private partnership (PPP) projects as well as related public contracts.

Lorenzo has also developed some experience with judicial proceeding before Administrative Courts in the field of administrative law, energy and infrastructure.
