Diego Valenti focuses on M&A, equity capital markets and corporate law. He is involved in the assistance to public and private companies in relation to extraordinary transactions, including, inter alia, capital increases, tender offers and IPOs (on Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan), as well as in the assistance to private equity funds and industrial operators for strategic investments, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions. He also advises start-ups and venture capital funds in both financing and investment transactions.
