Gianluca specializes in M&A, corporate law and insurance law. His activity and experience cover mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as joint-venture transactions, with particular focus on the insurance, reinsurance, banking and financial sectors.
In particular, Gianluca has developed a significant experience in assisting national and foreign investors in various aspects of M&A transactions, covering all phases thereof: from structuring of complex deals, to performance, organization and coordination of due diligence exercises and drafting and negotiations of the relevant agreements.
