She advises Italian and foreign clients on antitrust and regulatory issues relating to mergers, cartels and abuse of dominant positions. She has also developed a specific expertise in the fashion and luxury sector, with a focus on distribution systems.
Luigi Credentino primarily focuses on M&A, private equity, and corporate law. He advises public and private companies on extraordinary transactions, and assists private equity funds and industrial operators with strategic investments, joint ventures, and other complex deals.
He also supports start-ups and venture capital funds in financing and investment transactions.
He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Trento and was a fellow (“allievo”) of the Collegio di Merito Bernardo Clesio.
Marianna Tissot focuses on banking law and structured finance. She is involved in structured finance transactions and securitisations of performing and non-performing receivables, across various asset classes.
