Gabriele Barone focuses on tax consulting on direct and indirect taxes, focusing on corporate and group taxation, as well as extraordinary transactions in the M&A and private equity sectors. He has substantial experience in private client matters, regularly assisting high-net-worth individuals with wealth, estate and succession planning, restructuring of family business and relocation to and from Italy.
He successfully attended the postgraduate Course in Corporate and International Tax Law organized by Maisto e Associati law firm. He has also been involved in various initiatives on international taxation issues such as the International Tax Moot Court Competition and the Eucotax Wintercourse.
