Tommaso Cocchi focuses on administrative law and provides assistance (both judicial and extrajudicial) to Italian and foreign economic operators with particular focus in the areas of public procurement, utilities, transportation, telecommunications and energy. He is an expert in administrative law and administrative justice, as well as a Ph.D. with a thesis in Administrative Law on “Public and Private in the Digital Transition of the Public Administration”.
