Matteo Ghezzi primarily advises and assists on corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital market, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions. He is Ph.D. candidate in Economic and Consumer Law at Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
