Carlo Donnini is primarily involved in Tax Law, with a focus on direct and indirect taxation of companies and groups. He is involved in structuring extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, re-organizations) and is also involved in advising on European and International Tax Law.
Alessandra Bordi focuses on corporate law and extraordinary transactions (M&A). She is involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, equity capital markets, joint venture and commercial contracts. She graduated maxima cum laude from “Alma Mater Studiorum” and obtained an LL.M. at King’s College London.
