Specifically, he advises companies specialized in hydroelectric services and those operating in warehousing and gas distribution. He also deals with tender procedures finalized to a variety of public contracts.
Gina Vassallo focuses on environmental law, providing assistance, in and out of court, on environmental permitting procedures, in waste management, wastewater discharges, air emissions and clean-up procedures. She has also dealt with criminal cases related to environmental damages.
With reference to the administrative sector, Gina has gained experience mainly in the expropriation procedures, building and town planning matters.
