Silvia Cecchini mainly deals with banking, financial and corporate law. She primarily focuses on international debt capital markets and securities transactions, advising issuers, investment banks and underwriters in a variety of debt offerings, in both the domestic and the international market.
She is regularly involved in the establishment and/or update of EMTN programmes, issuances of notes (under said programmes or on a stand-alone basis), issuances of project bonds, green bonds, sustainability-linked bonds as well as issuance of so-called mini-bonds by Italian companies.
Furthermore, Silvia Cecchini has extensive experience in liability management transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, intermediated offers and consent solicitations. She is also involved in the negotiation of derivatives and repurchase agreements and advises on regulatory matters related to banking and finance law.
