Luigi Credentino primarily focuses on M&A, private equity, and corporate law. He advises public and private companies on extraordinary transactions, and assists private equity funds and industrial operators with strategic investments, joint ventures, and other complex deals.

He also supports start-ups and venture capital funds in financing and investment transactions.

He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Trento and was a fellow (“allievo”) of the Collegio di Merito Bernardo Clesio.
