Lorenzo Minotti focuses on environmental law, providing assistance, in and out of court, on environmental permitting procedures for industrial installations (e.g. in the oil and gas, energy, healthcare and chemical sectors), as well as on clean-up procedures of contaminated sites, environmental impact assessments and decommissioning projects.

For the same issues, Lorenzo is regularly involved in extraordinary M&A and project finance operations.

He previously worked as an advisor to the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on Illegal Activities in the Waste Cycle and Related Environmental Offences of the 17th Italian Legislature.
