Giorgia Foddis focuses on banking law and structured finance. She is regularly involved in structured finance transactions, in particular securitisations, performing and non-performing loans of various kinds, and income from real estate, registered movable property or related rights. She has also gained solid experience in real estate finance (with bank financing structures, debt securities issues or real estate securitisations) and in factoring, derivatives and repo contracts.
