Gian Filippo provides legal assistance to both Italian and foreign credit institutions, borrowers and sponsors, in structuring financing and refinancing transactions, acquisition, issuance of bonds on national and cross-border transactions. He is involved in drafting and negotiating the relevant finance documents and related security documents as well as in providing the draft of project contracts and following the ancillary due diligence activities.
