Gabriella assists Italian and foreign clients on their web strategy, including advice on the use of brands on social media. Gabriella represents clients in all procedures before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the Office for the Harmonisation in the Internal Market, the Court of Justice of the European Union. She also assists clients in drafting and negotiation of license and sale, research and development contracts and other contracts concerning industrial and intellectual property rights, providing legal opinions on trademarks, copyright, unfair competition and domain names.
