Federico Costantino mainly deals with banking, financial and corporate law. He focuses on international debt capital markets and securities transactions, advising leading Italian companies, multinationals, investment banks and global financial institutions in a variety of debt offerings, in both the domestic and the international market. He is involved in the establishment and/or update of EMTN programmes, issuances of notes (under said programmes or on a stand-alone basis), as well as in liability management transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, intermediated offers and consent solicitations.
