Davide Martello focuses on banking law and structured finance. He is regularly involved in securitisation, receivables financing and structured finance transactions, advising originators and arrangers on, amongst others, public and private securitisation transactions of a variety of assets, including RMBS, CMBS, consumer loans and leasing receivables securitisations. He has also gained experience in credit derivatives and banking regulation.
