Andrea Mazzola focuses on banking and structured finance transactions. Andrea regularly advices private equity and debt funds, multinationals, investment banks and other primary financial institutions, in relation to acquisitions and acquisition financing transactions (including leveraged finance transactions), restructuring, real estate financings and structured finance transactions, in the most important economic sectors, such as corporate, infrastructure and telecommunications, industrial and banking one. He also has experience in single name UTPs and NPLs transactions, some of which have involved innovative structures, and he is involved in debt capital market deals in relation to bond issues placed on the domestic and international markets.
Andrea is also involved in the assistance related to derivative financial instruments and to the relevant regulatory framework related to banking and financial laws.
