Alice Giuliano focuses on debt capital markets, banking and finance and structured finance. She primarily took part to numerous bond issues, on a standalone basis and under EMTN programmes, by medium and large corporates and financials, whether listed or not, either in the context of public offers or private placements. In this context, Alice has been involved in several liability management transactions. Alice has been working also in the field of private debt and mini-bond issuances by small-medium enterprises and Mid-caps (including in the context of funding programmes launched by banking groups and institutional investors, such as the so-called basket bonds).  She has also been involved in several structured finance transactions, including issuances of covered bonds, securitisation transactions and disposals of non-performing loans portfolios. Furthermore, she regularly works in general banking and finance transactions.
