Milan, 2 August 2021 – Sven von Mensenkampff joins Legance – Avvocati Associati as a partner, to strengthen relations with Northern Europe.

Admitted to practice in Germany and Italy, Sven von Mensenkampff assists industrial clients and international financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH area (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and from the Nordic countries. He also assists Italian clients in their activities in the DACH countries.

He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as in the renewable energy sector. He regularly advises on real estate investments, in particular on hotel and tourism projects.

Together with Sven von Mensenkampff, Orsolina Fortini and Ilaria Stassano, already members of Sven’s team, join Legance.
