Milan, 3 November 2021 – Legance Partners’ Meeting has unanimously resolved the entry of Roberto Randazzo.

With a background in commercial and corporate law, Roberto Randazzo has developed transversal expertise in sustainability, ESG criteria, impact finance, and social innovation, assisting investment funds, benefit companies, B-Corps, and companies interested in generating positive and measurable impacts.

Roberto also deals with the regulatory aspects of impact measurement and non-financial reporting processes, and has extensive experience in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, social business and institutional philanthropy, with particular focus on emerging markets.

In 2000 Roberto joined RP Legal & Tax and became a partner in 2008.

He has always combined professional and academic activities, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico of Milan, regularly collaborating with “TIRESIA”, the research centre dealing with innovation and impact finance.
Roberto has been Honorary Consul of the Republic of Uganda in Milan
and Northern Italy since 2012.
