Milan, 6 December 2022 – Filippo Chiodini, an expert in debt restructuring and distressed M&A, joins the Restructuring & Insolvency team as partner.

He has more than 15 years experience in domestic and cross-border restructuring transactions, with a particular focus on distressed M&A.
He has advised companies, lenders and investors in a number of complex corporate and financial restructuring, DIP finance, debt-to-equity-swap and M&A transactions, including in the context of some of the most important reorganisation and insolvency proceedings in the Italian market.

He recently worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, after twelve-years with BonelliErede.
