Milan, 2nd November 2022 – Antonella Capria, considered among the most qualified professionals in the field, joins Legance as a partner to strengthen the environmental law practice.

In this field, she deals with numerous issues including the remediation of contaminated sites, Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures, the prevention of major accidents, waste management, asbestos issues, atmospheric emissions, water discharges, remediation activities and authorisation procedures for industrial plants, including regasification plants, refineries, gas storage, renewable energy plants.

In the energy sector, she provides legal advice on the development of various projects with regard to environmental permits, applicable environmental and energy legislation, environmental and administrative litigation in both civil and criminal law, and negotiations with public administrations.

She has coordinated research projects for the European Commission, the Ministry of the Environment and the National Research Council.

She is also involved with the legal and regulatory aspects of non-financial impact measurement and reporting processes.
