Milan, 28 October 2021 – Legance Partners’ Meeting has unanimously resolved on the entry of Andrea Sacco Ginevri, Professor of Business Law, LL.M. and member of the New York bar into the firm.

Ginevri is an expert in M&A and corporate finance and has gained extensive experience during his career,  assisting Italian and foreign investors in significant transactions involving listed, supervised and private companies.

Andrea’s arrival – comments Filippo Troisi, Senior and Founding Partnerof Legance – confirms once again the firm’s ability to attract the best talent in the legal market, and is part of a strategy of further developing the Rome office and our M&A and corporate finance department, with the aim of providing the best possible assistance to our clients, thus maintaining and strengthening the leadership position recognised by the market.
