He also advices on tender offers and equity capital markets matters involving companies listed on the Stock Exchanges.
Chiara De Filippi specialises in restructuring law, taking part in debt restructuring transactions, advising Italian companies. She also focuses on banking and finance law, gaining experience in financing transactions.
Claudia Rossi focuses on banking, structured finance and corporate law. She takes part to Eurobond issues, both stand alone and EMTN programmes, advising leading Italian companies, multinationals, investment banks and global financial institutions.
She is also involved in liability management transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, intermediated offers and consent solicitations, as well as in structured finance and securitisation transactions and, in particular, in the disposal of non-performing loans portfolios.
