Emilio De Niro focuses on business and corporate law. He advises on business law, mainly focusing on M&A (both private and public), equity capital markets, corporate law and contract law matters. He is involved in the assistance to public and private companies in relation to extraordinary transactions.
Sven advises international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions and operations with a special focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Nordics. Sven has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in corporate law, commercial contracts and the renewable energy sector. He regularly counsels clients in the real estate investment sector, with a particular regard for tourist resort development projects.

Sara Lahbal focuses on project financing transactions related to both infrastructure and renewable energy projects. She has experience in giving legal advice to Italian and foreign borrowers and financial institutions with reference to the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, financing agreements and financial documents and in collaborating in the due diligence activities.
