Giacomo Poletti focuses on employment and industrial relations, with specific knowledge in new forms of work, digitalization and smart working.
He took part in the 2019 – 2020 edition of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as a member of the Università degli Studi di Milano Team, which resulted the Italian National Rounds’ winner.
Federico Borgogno mainly deals with extraordinary corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers, joint venture and corporate reorganizations, both at a national and at a cross-border level, for industrial and private equity clients, and Italian corporate governance matters.
In particular, Federico has gained significant expertise in connection with the drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, investment agreements (with particular regard to minority investments) and shareholders’ agreements, as well as different kinds of commercial agreements, such as distribution and sponsorship agreements.
Isabella Antolini focuses on advising and assisting industrial clients and private equity funds in commercial law, with particular regard to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, corporate reorganizations and corporate law.
