Her practice focuses in particular on M&A transactions, joint ventures and partnership agreements, corporate governance, commercial and project-related contracts, as well as legal and regulatory due diligence activities.
Elena Gangal focuses on M&A, corporate matters and project financing, with a particular emphasis on the energy, oil & gas, and natural resources sectors. She has also gained experience in commercial contracting and general corporate counseling, advising both Italian and international companies as well as private equity funds.
