Andrea Bardi
Andrea Bardi assists Italian and foreign clients, both in and out of Court, in intellectual property matters, with specific reference to trademarks, design, software, know-how, commercial secrets, domain names, unfair competition, misleading advertising and IP-related aspects of the ESG sector. He is particularly experienced in NFTs, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, as well as in geographical indications. He also lectures on these subjects at the University of Siena, specifically in the Departments of Food Law, Agricultural and Agribusiness Law, and Commercial Law.
