Andrea Bardi

Andrea Bardi assists Italian and foreign clients, both in and out of Court, in intellectual property matters, with specific reference to trademarks, design, software, know-how, commercial secrets, domain names, unfair competition, misleading advertising and IP-related aspects of the ESG sector. He is particularly experienced in NFTs, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, as well as in geographical indications.
