He is experienced in drafting and reviewing finance documentation and in due diligence activities.
Nicola Elia mainly focuses on litigation (including arbitration) in the following areas: corporate and post-M&A litigation, construction, antitrust, commercial contracts, and real estate.
Maria Livia Nocerino primarily focuses on the collective asset management sector and in the establishment of asset management companies (SGRs) and investment funds, including real estate funds and other alternative investment funds. She assists managers on contractual and regulatory matters.
In addition, she provides advice to banks, financial intermediaries and other supervised entities, both Italian and foreign, on regulatory issues.
