Carlo Donnini is primarily involved in Tax Law, with a focus on direct and indirect taxation of companies and groups. He is involved in structuring extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, re-organizations) and is also involved in advising on European and International Tax Law.
Elena Ruggieri focuses on white collar crimes.
Elena graduated with a thesis on: “The criminal protection of nominal capital between ineffectiveness and reform needs”.
As a trainee, she is involved in both judicial and extrajudicial matters.
Antonella Capria coordinates the Environmental Law team. She has advised major Italian, European and US clients on environmental and administrative law issues, on corporate environmental policies, risk management as well as health and safety issues.
Antonella also has broad expertise in the energy sector, advising clients in the development of energy and infrastructure projects (fuelled by renewable sources and waste to energy), on environmental permits, environmental impact assessment, regulation of remediations, waste legislation negotiation with public authorities, and administrative litigation issues.
