Anna Messina focuses on administrative law, particularly on development and acquisition operations in the energy sector.
Anna carries out due diligence, legal advice and research activities in relation to projects and public contracts involving renewable energy sources (photovoltaic, wind and geothermal plants).
Francesca graduated from the University of Bologna with a thesis on the application of social clauses in public procurement.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in an international moot court and obtained an LL.M. from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London, delving into European and Antitrust Law and International Labour Law.
During her traineeship, she gained experience in Employment Law, with a particular focus on due diligence and day-to-day legal advice.
