Tommaso Olivieri has developed a specific expertise in the following industries: transports, digital markets, fashion and luxury (with a focus on distribution systems), sports, payment services, insurances, consumer goods, environmental services and public procurement.

Tommaso Olivieri is (co)author of several publications and has regularly participated as a speaker in the antitrust law course of the Master in Fashion Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Valerio Severo Marotta

Valerio Severo Marotta mainly deals with M&A and corporate and commercial law. He regularly assists investment funds (private equity and venture capital), listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions in relation to extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to mergers and acquisitions and friendly or hostile public M&A transactions.

He graduated from Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II” in 2015 with the highest grade and magna cum laude. In 2016 he obtained a LL.M. at University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a W.B.L.C.
