Giorgia Sordoni focuses on banking law and structured finance. She is regularly involved in structured finance transactions and securitisations of performing and non-performing receivables, across various asset classes.
In 2019, Giorgia has been awarded as “Alfiere del Lavoro” by the President of the Republic of Italy.
Francesca graduated from the University of Bologna with a thesis on the application of social clauses in public procurement.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in an international moot court and obtained an LL.M. from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London, delving into European and Antitrust Law and International Labour Law.
During her traineeship, she gained experience in Employment Law, with a particular focus on due diligence and day-to-day legal advice.
Liz provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in labor law matters in favor of individuals and legal entities of national and international relevance.
In particular, her activity focuses on all aspects related to the management and termination of employment relationships declined in their different types (subordinate, self-employed, agency, etc.).
She also provides assistance in the management of profiles of labor law relevance related to extraordinary corporate operations.
