Irene Stigliano focuses on European and Italian competition law. She advises Italian and foreign clients on antitrust and regulatory issues relating to mergers, cartels and abuse of dominant positions. She has also developed a specific expertise in the fashion and luxury sector, with a focus on distribution systems.
Giorgia Sordoni focuses on banking law and structured finance. She is regularly involved in structured finance transactions and securitisations of performing and non-performing receivables, across various asset classes.
In 2019, Giorgia has been awarded as “Alfiere del Lavoro” by the President of the Republic of Italy.
Francesca graduated from the University of Bologna with a thesis on the application of social clauses in public procurement.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in an international moot court and obtained an LL.M. from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London, delving into European and Antitrust Law and International Labour Law.
During her traineeship, she gained experience in Employment Law, with a particular focus on due diligence and day-to-day legal advice.
