Giorgia Furlan focuses on banking, finance and corporate law. She took part in various financing transactions in real estate, acquisition, project and shipping matters and extraordinary corporate transactions, such as M&A transactions. Giorgia Furlan is also regularly involved in structured finance and securitisation transactions, with particular focus on the disposal of non-performing loan portfolios. Giorgia also provides regulatory advice to banks and financial intermediaries on banking and financial matters.
