Claudia Gregori has an extensive experience in all areas of taxation covering M&A, corporate and structured finance, real estate as well as project finance transactions with a high degree of flexibility. She advises domestic and foreign investment banks and investment funds, as well as companies and institutional investors in respect of the structuring of such transactions.
