He has gained experience in the preparation and review of tender documentation, in providing legal opinions, and in the analysis of the administrative and regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence activities in the field of public contracts, public financing, and administrative authorizations. He has also gained experience in assisting companies operating in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector, with particular regard to relations with the competent authorities and regulatory aspects related to their activities.
