including multinationals and private equity funds, in significant M&A transactions, joint ventures, privatisations, company and commercial law issues and real estate transactions.
Giovanni is regularly featured in league tables as one of the notable M&A lawyers in the Italian market. He represents primary healthcare operators in M&A transactions, including acquisitions of hospitals and other companies in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, as well as investments and contracts in the medical and cosmetic use of cannabis.
Giovanni is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
