Vincenzo Pittelli focused on financial markets law, banking law, and structured finance. He provides legal assistance to clients in financing transactions, as well as in the structuring, offering, and listing of financial instruments. He is also involved in credit securitisation operations. Vincenzo is a Ph.D. candidate in private law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where his research focuses on the ESG financial instruments. He is specialised in sustainability and is a member of the Italian Academy for Sustainable Finance, the Juridical Observatory on Digital Innovation, and the research group T.O.I. Tandem obtinet iustitia. At his university, he delivered lectured in Private Law and Corporate Finance Law and has participated as a speaker at various conferences. He also gained a significant experience in the field of criminal law.
