Nicla Muscillo mainly deals with banking, financial and corporate law. She focuses on international debt capital markets and securities transactions, advising Italian companies, multinationals, investment banks and global financial institutions, in a variety of debt offerings, in both the domestic and the international market.

She is involved in the establishment and/or update of EMTN Programmes, issuances of notes (under said programmes or on a stand-alone basis), as well as in liability management transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, intermediated offers and consent solicitations.
