Cristiana Visco focuses on domestic and international M&A and Private Equity transactions, as well as complex extraordinary transactions, mainly in regulated sectors (energy, telecommunications and infrastructure). She has gained extensive experience in advising leading private equity and infrastructure funds working on some of the major deals closed in Italy in the energy, transport and telecommunications sectors. In 2018, she completed a secondment at UniCredit S.p.A., during which she worked on a number of M&A transactions as well as assisted with NPE (Non Performing Exposure) deals. Between 2019/2020, Cristiana worked as legal secondee in London at the firm Cinven Partners LLP, gaining experience in major cross-border Private Equity transactions.
