Francesco Serrano Orlandini focuses on banking and finance law and has developed significant experience advising and assisting banks, private equity funds, debt funds and corporates in complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including, in particular, corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate financing, bond issuances and securitisation transactions. He has also advised on debt restructuring matters, corporate reorganisations and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Francesco has also recently led and developed the legal advisory and non-contentious practice of the legal tech LAISA, serving banks, financial institutions and corporates. In this role, he combined legal advice with the development of generative AI solutions designed to support clients and their banking and structured finance transactions.
