Roberto Randazzo coordinates the ESG and Impact team. With a background in commercial and corporate law, he has been dealing with ESG and sustainability issues for several years, having developed a transversal and multidisciplinary knowledge of the complex regulatory framework. He provides assistance in relation to sustainability strategy, planning and governance profiles, both in corporate and finance, assisting companies (listed and unlisted), investment funds and financial institutions, including foreign ones, with respect to both regulatory and impact measurement profiles (also in coordination with ESG advisors). In particular, Roberto focuses on sustainable corporate governance, sustainability risk prevention and management, sustainable procurement and value chain, ESG due diligence, ESG data governance, and accountability of directors and companies with respect to ESG profiles.

In addition, he has been involved in non-profit organizations, strategic philanthropy and social entrepreneurship for over twenty years, following deals and projects both nationally and internationally. Roberto is a member of Legance’s Sustainability Committee and has always combined professional and academic activities. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Tiresia – Politecnico di Milano and a member of the Extended Faculty of the Graduate School of Management at Politecnico di Milano. Furthermore, Roberto is also Emeritus Director of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL), Officer of the Business Human Rights Committee of the International Bar Association, member of the Working Group on SFDR of Invest Europe; he is founder and member of the scientific committees of Assobenefit, and member of the scientific committees of Salone della CSR and Social Impact Agenda for Italy “.
