Lodovico primarily provides tax advice to private clients (HNWIs and UHNWIs) and their businesses, often in connection with cross-border matters.

He is regularly involved in the relocation of individuals’ tax residence from Italy to other countries and from abroad to Italy, frequently by opting for preferential tax regimes such as, in Italy, the “flat tax regime”, the “inbound workers regime” and the “regime for foreign pension holders”. He has also gained extensive experience in wealth and estate planning, including through the use of trusts, foreign foundations, insurance policies and ad hoc corporate vehicles.

Lodovico frequently advises on the implementation of incentive and carried interest plans for fund managers and executives, as well as on their personal tax planning. He also provides tax assistance to artists and professional athletes. He is the author of several tax-related publications in specialist journals and business newspapers, both in Italy and abroad.
