Milan, 19 February 2024 – Federico Vezzani joins Legance in the Financial Intermediaries Regulations Department.

The arrival of Vezzani confirms the firm’s strategy of selecting a solid partnership capable of giving continuity to Legance’s vision over the coming years, as a safeguard for its people and its clients.

Federico Vezzani deals with Banking and Financial Regulation with a focus on both Italian and foreign banks, insurance companies, financial intermediaries, investment companies, asset management companies and banking institutions, in relation to multiple issues concerning regulated entities (authorisation processes, corporate governance and prudential matters), as well as carrying out regulated activities.

He has been a partner at BonelliErede since 2015. Previously, Federico also worked at Borsa Italiana, in the Corporate Actions and Corporate Governance Department, where he supervised extraordinary transactions carried out by listed issuers, listing warrants and convertible bonds and oversaw the governance models adopted by listed issuers.

He is mentioned by the international legal directories Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 EMEA as a professional with recognised experience in financial services regulation in Italy.
