Armenia Riviezzo focuses on corporate finance, dealing with insurance and reinsurance, as well as on corporate and M&A matters. She has provided assistance to several insurance companies, both Italian and international, on regulatory issues, participating in transactions related to the sale of the Italian business by an English insurance company, with particular regard to the related regulatory and compliance issues. Armenia provides assistance to several Italian and European insurance companies in the drafting and/or revision of insurance product information, especially with financial content, and collaborates in the drafting of insurance product distribution agreements in Italy, for national and foreign companies. She provides regular assistance to Italian and EU insurance operators in their relations with Italian supervisory authorities, in particular IVASS and CONSOB.
