Martina Menga provides extra-judicial assistance, as well as advisory services, to domestic and international clients in TMT sector and, more generally, in the field of public law. Her main areas of practice and expertise are as follows: extra-judicial assistance, primarily regarding regulatory matters; contract advisory services, such as reviewing various types of commercial agreements, and reviewing and drafting terms and conditions; litigation services, primarily for domestic clients before regional administrative courts, on matters of administrative and regulatory law; assistance with Golden Power proceedings; support for the firm’s projects or M&A transactions, particularly in the following areas of public law: telecommunications sector, television audiovisual rights sector, defense and security sector, gaming and betting sector.

Since 2025, Martina has been a subject tutor and teaching assistant at LUISS University for the following courses:

• “Markets, Regulations, and Law” (taught in English) for the 2025–2026 academic year.

• “Intellectual Property” (taught in English) for the 2026–2027 academic year.
