Giovanni Diana focuses on European and Italian competition law as well as consumer protection. He provides advice to both Italian and foreign clients on different antitrust and regulatory matters, in cases of mergers, cartels and abuses of dominant position before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority (ICA) and national courts.
